Nobody rubbed my back, brought me a fuzzy bunny to pet or whispered soothing promises in my ear after the multiple surpluses, displacements, massive pay cuts, lies and hatred of the lost decade. Sorry not sorry that you feel smitten. The delayed training guys from last year ain’t special, it’s just business and yes you need to understand the true nature of our relationship with management.
If one thing coming back to TK in 2015 after being out for 7 years made me understand is just how little our current management thinks of this pilot group. Don’t fall for the nice guy act.
Hoss,
Although I don’t expect much on a public forum, I wish that you could give even a vague example or two expanding on your last paragraph. I’m curious what you’ve seen recently that brings you to that conclusion. I understand the nature of the relationship (and how it will always be to some degree) between management and employees. However it sounds like you were driving at more specific examples, and I have been feeling more of the “warm fuzzies” lately. What say you?
