Which is garbage, because agents at United won't even put us in a cabin seat if CASS is not working or you're on leave. I know UA pilots enjoy the privilege of sitting the back with no CASS on us, so I find it disappointing UA jumpseat committee did not address this issue.
If cass is down they should still put you in the back. Your not a fa so I’m not sure what to tell you on that one?
