The poster isn't saying anything negative about ExTO pilots. Just pointing out the irony of paying almost all open time at premium while also paying people to sit at home. We all know that's the one thing management hates around here so if their hands weren't tied by training capacity, those pilots would be on the line.

Should be interesting see how our most junior pilots feel after Xmas WARN notices followed by a summer of JA.
