What is the next move from DALPA? Grievance/arbitration? It doesn’t seem management has any interest in playing ball with us.

Details of the AIP are 20/month, protected flying quota, and 1.5% annual raises. Endeavor essentially gives nothing (flowback) to gain this. It seems pretty clear that management doesn’t give a crap about the flow, this is a scope grab plain and simple.

To be clear, I’m not against progression for FFD, I was there before. I am, however, against Delta bullying DALPA pilots on scope from both ends.
