Then we level off and they fly at 240 kts with the thrust up. When I say, "Hey, let's retract the flaps we so desperately needed," they give me a befuddled look as if it's against the rules.
This is a schoolhouse issue.
Why don't you just let the other person fly the jet how they want to fly it? If someone told that to me I'd just keep doing it to **** you off.
