This is FAR from a fine deal. DALPA needs to approve (they won’t) or DL needs to win in arbitration ( maybe, but I wouldn’t count on it) or DL needs to give DALPA something in return that they want. (Hint: flowback is t what they want).
and yes, math says 6-8 years for a new hire. (Where does it say new hires don’t get it? That would be stupid considering a flow is PRIMARILY a recruiting tool)
