I concede that 90% flow back is a concession. However, given we just passed through a black swan event, when would we realistically see this come into play? It is highly unlikely that it would have a negative effect on the vast majority of 9E pilots who are voting on it.

I don’t wish to get in an argument about the merits of a flow though. I think the agreement in principle is a good deal on its own. If it comes with an exchange of 35 more large RJs though, forget about it.

To me the number one issue is scope and I’m very curious to see DALPA’s next move.
