Our Bridge Agreement will also extend to 24 months beyond our amendable date, meaning that it will run through Jan. 1, 2031. The Bridge Agreement protects the 109 aircraft in our highest paying seat range (60-76 seats).
If the Flow LOA is voided, we will follow one of two paths. If the termination of the agreement occurs:- Before Jan. 1, 2024: We will revert to our original amendable date and the extension will be null and void.
- After Jan. 1, 2024: We will immediately become amendable with an additional contract escalator in the 365 days following the termination of LOA 9 to prevent our contract from stagnating with respect to pay increases while we negotiate a new agreement.
- Annual Escalators
Currently, we are guaranteed an annual 1.5% pay scale increase until Jan. 1, 2024, at which point we will receive a 2% increase. Per the AIP, we will receive a 3% increase in 2025, then 2% every year after through Jan. 1, 2029. This retains important strategic concepts in our JCBA, which includes an extension of our fleet guarantee beyond the amendable date and a contract escalator as we become amendable. This also ensures that pilots who choose not to flow to Delta will have security at Endeavor through the end of their careers with respect to pay increases and jobs.
Thanks. Inflation running at 4.3% right now.
