I was not talking about negotiating a flow down, we already have that vis a vis LOA-9. I was referring to other areas of the PWA.
agree, a flow down would have been great 6 months ago, but of course no one was interested in letting thousands of DL pilots cut to the front of their list and our flow down rights conveniently ended almost the exact moment we needed them.
