Tldr the deal hinges upon reinstating an old loa they had with compass to provide flowdown in exchange for 35 large rjs.
Deltas position is that they can replace us in the loa instead of compass and boom it's back on.
Dalpa's position is that the agreement is null and a new one has to be signed.
They'll negotiate and get something for the trouble, or it'll go to arbitration. There's some iffy language in there that supports both arguments. Not well written.
