DALPA does not to agree for this to go into effect. The day Delta and Endeavor sign it it will go into effect, at which point DAPLA will file a grievance saying Delta is in violation of the contract. The agreement will stay in effect until an arbitrator nullifies it or an alternative agreement is reached between Delta and ALPA
Yea this was something I wasn't 100% sure on. Whether or not they'll bother starting it. Will be interesting to see. Guess we'll find out on the call on the 25th
