Most of the pilots at Endeavor will not end up at Delta, so no, they should not be thinking like Delta pilots. They should look to improve their QoL. DALPA is gonna do everything they can to scuttle this LoA and the resulting flow. As they should. But if they succeed, do you expect DALPA to then pivot and campaign for a replacement flow agreement for 9E guys? You and I both know the answer to you that, because it’s not their job to look out for 9E. You’re right the DGI guys will be flocking to everywhere and anywhere but DL at this point. The guys who were told 2 or 3 times “no” will flow to DL while the middle 1/3 of the pilot group goes off to fly for their competitors. Strange times indeed.
