We do have leverage and if used appropriately we can get alot of contractual improvements.

Those CRJs will be replacing the Republic 170s leaving DCI and going to American Eagle. The capacity management wants can be had by bringing back parked 717s and 220s. I doubt the arbitrator would side with the company because they are not trying to follow the intent of the flowback LOA/MOU...since it's a four party agreement.
