Also, I don't think you're going to be able to staff at endeavor unless you get some sort of industry average flow and i dont wanna pay you guys another 30% and chew up my profit sharing .

You learn next to nothing, we want you to learn next to nothing, biggest thing is stop being proactive while you're doing the real job or in the sim. With a very few exceptions everyone knows their job and they're getting it done. You wont believe how little work you do or peoples jobs you have to cover. Its a real airline.
