If EDV offers a direct pipeline to DAL then that's a pretty big draw and would make it much harder to get hired at EDV, right?
This offer would only apply to pilots on property when it's signed. So, maybe it'd be a big draw for the next few weeks to few months.
The potential seniority list movement for anyone hired directly afterward, however, could be a draw in itself.
