Add 1000 pilots and we are still below the 9890 pilots we had prior to everything stopping. Then let’s add 323 pilots retiring in the next 24 months that 1323. For sake of argument let’s do 1323 by 8950. That’s roughly 15% movement in our list with 0 growth. Meaning just getting back to our previous size!! So what are you basing your math on? Just curious ?
