There should be no frustration with 9E.

DALPA should kill LOA 9 with their own arbitration process or negotiating capital.

It is out of line for a Delta pilot or DALPA to request 9E use their negotiating capital to help DALPA kill LOA 9.

A flow up for flow down is quid pro quo even if your too senior to benefit.

There is definitely a professional conflict of interest in play, but it should not generate animosity.

Should 9E quit negotiating for hourly raises because it reduces DALPA negotiated profit sharing?
