Given than, 69 pilots+ are waiting with no aircraft qualification or training plan (at all) are still sitting at home waiting on training - estimated to happen 3rd quarter.

There is a major ruffle in the senior fleet of 717’s now being assigned to 2 day red eyes; and then the incoming 787 in mid 2022 that will cause some demand for new hiring as well as the further backlog of training events caused my shifting seniority preferences and/or seat locks.

In other news the COO stated that the 717 is expected to be in the fleet well past 2025.

Pilot hiring is not likely to come until late 2022 at the earliest.
