2 years seems short. The current plug on the 330 is a 2015 hire, and the projected plug from the last round of AEs is a 2017 hire.
I’d be really surprised if the 330 ever went below 4 years, but who knows. I certainly hope it does go down to 2 years, because I know where I’d be going!
