If the flow deal doesn’t include new hires who come after, that’s a garbage deal. We should all care about helping out those who come after, because it’s the right thing to do. I’m not saying you should turn down a flow deal that doesn’t include new hires, but you should definitely fight to get that changed. At the very least write your reps and let them know how you feel.

You’re a joke. What have you done to help regional pilots get to mainline? Yes, I am selfish. It’s not my problem that new hires will not be included.
It wasn’t our union that said new hires should not be included. It was Delta. Go throw shade at your company. I’m not turning down a flow because delta wants to limit the faucet. Like I said not my problem.
