What kind of questions do they ask?

Everything ndem763 said is correct,
you may study also from the ATP green oral book by ASA, it explain everything in details. I did my interview in person last year so if you going there they may ask you to draw a jet engine, explain the parts, air directions and the whole process.
good luck
