You know some could say the same thing with the current seniority list. 4-5 years lost. Pilots that have paid 4-5 more years of dues and assuming flow happens will go after them. Point is we need to include everyone. When we disagree we lose.
Is this a hill you’re willing to die on? Would you give up flow to include new hires? That is what you need to ask yourself. Would I give up going to Delta in the event they pulled the deal just so you can say “I tried to include everyone”.
I’m not willing to risk losing a seniority number. Sorry.
