Build time fast? Here? Not gonna happen. On reserve you will hardly fly at all. And as a junior line holder I’m getting 50-6o hours a month. Don’t mean to be negative but that has been my experience so far. If quality of life, pay, or building time fast is a priority. You will not get that here and just being blatantly honest. What you will get is a Great pilot group, and lots of fellow pilots willing to help you out. Obviously if you can’t get in anywhere else I say go for it. But if anyone else gives you a CJO, take it and run.
