You can't just look at pay rates. It may, for some guys, take 4 to 5 years to be made whole.

Year 3, you’ll be close to 200k (without including PS and 401k).
Also those flowing first, will be ahead of the next wave. We just lost 1,800 pilots and will lose 1,500 more within the next 3 years.
Delta is going to be hiring ,at least, 1,200 per year for the next couple of years. They announced 25 more A321 NeOs and accelerated 330 deliveries. It’s my understanding, they were not accounted in the last bid.
