Part of the problem with American is that you have groups that "get theirs" and then screw everyone else. 100 hrs of drops is probably less than a fraction of 1% of american pilots and definitely isn't someone in the bottom 40%. This applies to every pilot equally even the junior and reserve pilots. I don't see how you could call something "awful" if you don't even have the full language of what was negotiated.

Countries ARE mandating the vaccine so you weren't going to operate that trip anyway and if you are adamant that all 3 available vaccines that have been administered 1.5 Billion times is some grand conspiracy... there has to be some accountability for a person's views. If you don't like the mrna jab there is the j&j which is a more traditional vaccine. You can believe and do whatever you want with your body but like everything it has consequences. We won't magically appease the vocal minorites on either end of this.
