737 can be a handful during a go around. Especially at full power. You virtually add power and push down then trim to keep the nose at 10-15 degrees pitch. Pull up and you'll be at 30+ pitch in no time
Flown 5 different transport category aircraft and the 737 Go-Around is, by far, the worst I've ever experienced. It seems like Boeing tried their best to make it an emotional event lol. When I moved on to the 330, I couldn't believe how much of a non-event a go-around could be. I guess the 737 had just conditioned me a bit...character building we'll call it.
