On fleets like the 787 you could make significantly more money by not getting vaxxed and then picking up the overtime that drops daily. Even vaxxed pilots would be not submitting their cards, just for the sharpshooting. International airline pilots in 2021 on will need vaccines. UAL already requires other vaccines for certain destinations, DAL requires vaccines etc. This is preferable to forcing everyone to get a shot or lose their job.
