Who knows what's next? But any CA can ask to see your vaccine card if you ask for the JS. You're free to decline. He's free to not take you if he's not comfortable.
When it's YOUR jumpseat it you can 100% totally legit deny a JS to a guy who has a political bumper sticker on his bag that you don't like... obvious distraction and flight safety issue if it ****es you off. If he really wanted to ride he shouldn't have controversial, inflammatory politics on display.
That's how the JS works.

Airlines put their foot down hard on the mask-in-the-cockpit issue... if it's not SOP (and the FAA did not allow it to be SOP) then the CA cannot impose it on the FO. Vaccines will probably be the same (if the vaccine is not company-mandated). The company cares if the CA boots the FO. The company will not force the CA to take jumpseaters, because they don't care.
