I always expect pilots to vote for what is in their best interest, I just don't see how selling mainline jobs for regional jobs is in anybody's best interest. Think of how many retirements are coming up in the next 10 years -- a flow might sound nice now but you don't need it. Don't kick yourself in 10 years for having sold scope for pennies on the dollar and the false security blanket of some flow that you might or might not ever get to use.
These airplanes were already being flown prior to COVID correct? These aren’t new planes being added! So outsourcing was already done. So putting them back into service with a new flow partner that mirrors the previous agreement is hurting who?
