I'll tell you what's going to happen: you won't get on the plane. If you complain to your JS committee they'll "look into and get back to you"... final answer will be there's nothing they can do.
If you want to try to address this (non-existent hypothetical) situation you need to be talking to alpa national via your MEC.. nothing you say on APC is going to matter.
All true, not until it actually happens and other pilots start “reciprocating“ will we see how it shakes out. I would think it could go to the union and the legal department to determine its enforceablity.
