Sure, for those prospective applicants browsing, Ameriflight is a company that takes on the risk of hiring inexperienced pilots and gives them their first real flying job. A chance to build time, experience and a line on a resumé. However, it is not a destination company... it is a stepping stone. The company knows this and for the most part, treats their pilots as such.
And they know it, in our first day of class they mentioned that. I was replying to the guy who was questioning whether to apply or not, not that it is a final stop in a pilot's career.
