If that’s actually what happened (which I don’t doubt) then DL bluffed your guys. 9E was the only show in town for a flow back. I’d have serious questions about the guys representing me if they took that bluff serious. The best part is now they’re using it as an excuse, so either they’re using it as propaganda, or worse they took the bluff serious.
