This FLOw and a staple is the same except a seniority number. They (DAL) is already excepting all pilots on the Endeavor seniority list when this FLOw is signed. STAPLe with a fence like a B scale would satisfy all parties. DAL gets to keep their lower cost, DALPA pilots have 2000 pilots under them(same as flow down except better transition language) and EDV pilots get a number that can’t be negotiated away even in Bankruptcy..So if we lose 90% of our jobs in the next Pandemic we at EDV will have something worthwhile to come back to. Also DALPA doesn’t have to worry about scope at EDV cause you could bid or will be more senior in the event of displacements... WHIPsaw GONe at EDV.
Put (yourDALPA) Money where your mouth is and Advocate for this before it’s done.
