DL is not OO and YX’s only partner. The problem is the flow back. It doesn’t matter how good the offer, it would never go through at either carrier. If you remove the flow back (which would void the 35 RJ’s, making it pointless) then we’re talking.
So no I don’t honestly think DL could negotiate anything with OO and YX, due to the flow back.
