Think of how many retirements are coming up in the next 10 years -- a flow might sound nice now but you don't need it. Don't kick yourself in 10 years for having sold scope for pennies on the dollar and the false security blanket of some flow that you might or might not ever get to use.
It was always going to be up to DALPA to win in arbitration. Delta made that clear. They believe they have the contractual right to the 35 RJs via LOA 9, and only DALPA can stop them.

Endeavor didn't sell anything for scope. If Endeavor gets a flow, it's because an arbitrator agreed with Delta's position that DALPA already sold scope for a flowback/flowup agreement via LOA 9. If the arbitrator agrees with DALPA that LOA 9 died with Compass, then there's no flow and things go back to the way they were before, except that Endeavor has a foot in the door for a different guaranteed progression deal in the future.
