Endeavor didn't sell anything for scope. If Endeavor gets a flow, it's because an arbitrator agreed with Delta's position that DALPA already sold scope for a flowback/flowup agreement via LOA 9. If the arbitrator agrees with DALPA that LOA 9 died with Compass, then there's no flow and things go back to the way they were before, except that Endeavor has a foot in the door for a different guaranteed progression deal in the future.
