New hires aren’t forced to come to 9E. Word will get out about the flow only applying to those on the ISI at the time of signing. There are plenty of other regionals that will be hiring. If 9E cannot attract new hires, they will be forced to change the flow language, and apply it to new hires. Supply and demand. Basic economics, right?
