OK maybe I am missing something. 2 ALPA carriers... status and category, right? In the case of an RJ operator, that is effectively a staple but I guess you could call it something else if it makes you feel better. So what would they take it to arbitration over? DOH??? I mean, I guess might as well roll the dice, but I would think we could then fence them off of anything larger than an RJ until the next time we see Jesus if they want to play that game. Of course we are talking about Dalpa, so yeah.. go for it.
