3200 TT with only a few hundred hours TPIC at a regional. I got a call about a month after applying and I submitted only one external rec. Doesn't seem to be much reasoning behind some of it.

I did have other aviation experience (four years doing MX on corporate jets), so maybe they liked that. Once I got the invite, everything happened quite fast from the phone to virtual interview. It took eight days to hear back for the invite down for logbook reviews.
