A merger with 9E would invoke ALPA merger policy. I posted that policy a few days ago. It’s highly unlikely that would be a staple. The arbitrator is required to consider status and longevity as two of the factors. Arbitration is always a crapshoot.
No doubt, Delta pilots would get the raw end of the deal with some kind of stovetype solution.
