When I get those DPA pushers talking to me on a trip I always ask them this question. I have yet to hear an answer. Love it, hate it, ALPA is much stronger and gives us more power than DPA.
As I read all of this 9E stuff WRT flow, I really can't see why Joe would not be able to sign this. It is between Delta and 9E, 9E is represented by ALPA. The flow down I'm still trying to see how they are connecting to that in this agreement without DALPA involvement (so if anyone has good grasp to that piece I'm all ears).
We have filed a grievance on the restoration of the 35 rjs. That is the best route for us now. DPA would be a really bad move for us strategically.
