Hello Gents & Gals,

I'm a Captain, six years, with AWAC and believe AW is hiring. As the saying goes you never know if you don't try. I encourage any and everyone to apply EVERYWHERE not only Air Wisc! One year I sent out over 1000, yes 1000, resumes and cover letters. I considered myself lucky if I received a rejection letter. Point is all they can do is say no. Currently I'm trying to get on with any other carrier, pax or cargo. Sometimes it's who you know, sometimes perserverance (sp?), sometimes dumb luck or a combination of all three. So quit watching tv, playing video games and become proactive. Update your resume and cover letter and keep yourself current. As a side note I went to an ARINC job fair in June 2004 PHX, they were literally handing out jobs to pilots who were beginning their careers, even with low time.
