Reading the above posts, I was hired by Skywest the same time I was hired by Air Wis. I chose Air Wis for various reasons, paid during training, based in Denver... In hind sight I wish I had taken Skywest they are a fine company. If you do get hired at Air Wis I strongly encourage you to keep applying to Skywest. This industry has no loyalty to its employees so don't feel that you owe them anything if you're hired by another carrier. Air Wis and SW really are only stepping stones for many.
