Can you expand on changing the second address?

Thank you
You can only buy tickets if you have a scheduled CML deadhead. From there, you can deviate to 1 of 2 addresses (FROM work). You call the travel department to list your secondary residence address - it is required to be a residence vs random place you choose (grey area). It’s not meant to be constantly changed to suit your personal travelling needs. If you dont use the ticket you get 62.x % of the index fare deposited into your travel bank. If you ride a UPS flight in lieu of a CML ticket - no travel bank credit.
