You get per diem in training and I believe that it's 24 hrs. So that's an additional $1500 per month For 4 months.
So on average $87 x 65 for 8 months is = $5655 x 8 = $45,240
And $3000 per month for 4 months training is $12000.
So it's $57,240 per year and if we include perdiem for those 8 months (around $500 conservatively per month) is $4000.
So yeah you can make $60k+ your first year and if say that the above is quite conservative. You can vx during high season or bid outbase. On the 74 you still get solid covid MOU pay so...
On the 73 though...I can't vouch for it
