CRT Rig
Last few posters got the rig calculation wrong...but not enough to change the outcome significantly, but I’ll try to fix the misunderstanding.
CRT Rig: 1 hour credit for every 4.85 hours gone...that does not equal 4.85 hours per 24 hour day.
24 hours divided by 4.85 hours/1 credit hour equals 4.95 credit hours in a 24 hour work day.
literally at the end of the month there is a spreadsheet that adds up all your block flown and deadhead (a different ratio of credit). Then it adds up hours away on trip divided by 4.85. Then it compares both of those to minimum guarantee...highest is your pay credit.
