What are the junior bases?

What is the bidding system Silver uses?

What kind of flying / where are they flying out of DFW?

btw, on the phone screening the HR person told me the new FO first year pay was $42.86/hr. An improvement over what the pay rates show on their airline profile. Anyone have more info on the new pay scales? Was there a new contract signed recently?

Any info appreciated!

As of right now, all new hires will be training on the ATR -500 Based at FWA flying cargo.. Silver Airways specific ground and systems would be in FLL and Sims are Miami and Houston. The other bases, TPA and FLL are full at this time and for the next year or so i would suspect. The bidding system is Navblue and the new contrct went into effect recently so pay has increased and the reserve call out time has increased to two hours from 1.5.
