If delta quit the contract, then that should null and void the agreement and they shouldnt be able to just start up a flow without an agreement with PWA
There should have been an a follow up to LOA 9 circa the day compass seized operations reflecting the termination of LOA 9. That would have required proactive measures with a vision into the future. Instead, it lingered and now we are left to interpretation.
