Maybe it's just me but I read his post differently. I thought he said that most people who go there are foreign nationals (nothing wrong with that), AND guys you don't want to work with (emphasis on the comma and the word and....two seperate groups. It's hard on a purely written forum to glein connotation out of this, but that is how I interpret it.
