Assume it’s best to be conservative and mention everything and let them decide what’s useful and what’s not. Just didn’t want to skip an appointment I would have listed in getting my FAA First Class renewed and then have WP “bust” me for it.
Going all the way back to my grandfather's era, the tribal knowledge was always don't tell military medicine anything more than you absolutely have to. I don't think that's changed (FAA is very different, and mil guys have gotten in trouble for applying the mil philosophy to the FAA).
